Manufacturing Intelligence — Live production KPIs on every screen on your plant floor.

Manufacturing Intelligence connects to the production data you already have — SQL databases, REST APIs, files and Ignition — and turns it into OEE, output and downtime dashboards for offices, line-side screens and TV boards.

Manufacturing Intelligence OEE command center dashboard with availability, performance and quality

One shared view of how every line is running

Production data usually lives in MES and ERP databases, historians and spreadsheets — and nobody sees how the shift is going until it is over.

Manufacturing Intelligence reads that data where it already lives, calculates OEE and production KPIs on a schedule, and shows them on the PCs and TV displays where people actually work. Every value explains its formula and its source.

Designed for

Shift performance is invisible until the shift ends

Live OEE, output against target and downtime on every line, refreshed automatically.

Data is locked in separate systems

Connect databases, REST APIs, files and Ignition without replacing the systems you run today.

Per-screen licensing makes wallboards expensive

One organizational license covers every display, PC and Raspberry Pi board in your organization.

Plant networks are isolated

Displays connect directly to your data sources and run without any internet connection.

What Manufacturing Intelligence does

Capabilities verified in the current release.

OEE and production KPIs

OEE, availability, performance and quality; good parts, scrap and scrap rate; downtime and uptime; production rate, actual versus target, shift and hourly goals, and line status.

Every KPI shows how it was calculated and where its data came from.

Connect the data you already have

Built-in connectors for SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, Oracle, SQLite, ODBC, REST/JSON APIs (bearer, basic, API key and OAuth client credentials), CSV and JSON files, and Ignition (Tag Historian, Transaction Groups and WebDev).

ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Epicor, Infor, Plex and Acumatica are connected through their databases or REST APIs using the generic connectors.

Data source configuration

Go-live validation and diagnostics

A Go-Live Validation wizard, data-health checks and diagnostics confirm that every line has data, rates and schedules before boards go on the wall.

Reports, roles and backups

PDF reports, Viewer and Administrator roles with an optional PIN, a configuration audit log, and configuration backup, import and export.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a subscription?

No. Manufacturing Intelligence is a one-time purchase with a perpetual organizational license.

What does "organization" cover?

The license is issued to the organization named at purchase and covers the sites that organization owns or operates. If you need to cover affiliated companies, contact us before purchasing.

How are displays licensed?

After purchase, download your signed license certificate from your account and import it once in Administration. It is included automatically when you export the configuration to your displays — there is nothing to activate per screen.

Does it need an internet connection?

No. Manufacturing Intelligence is designed for isolated plant networks. Displays only need to reach your own data sources.

Can it read directly from PLCs?

No. Direct PLC protocols, OPC UA, MQTT and Modbus are not supported. Connect through the systems that already collect that data, such as a historian, an MES database or Ignition.

Which data sources are supported?

SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, Oracle, SQLite, ODBC, REST/JSON APIs, CSV and JSON files, and Ignition. ERP systems are connected through their databases or REST APIs.

Are updates included?

Your license is perpetual for the version you purchase and does not expire. Update and maintenance terms are published with each release; if you need specific update commitments, contact us before purchasing and we will confirm them in writing.

What do I need to install it?

A Windows 10 (1809 or later) or Windows 11 PC for administration. Displays can be Windows PCs or Raspberry Pi 4/5 boards. Everything needed is included in the installer packages.

Support and downloads
