How approved refunds work
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe.
- When an order is refunded in full, the license issued for that order is deactivated and can no longer be activated or validated.
- Air Grid Pro Mobile subscriptions are purchased through Google Play; refunds for them are handled by Google Play.
